MEET OUR CHEF VAIBHAV BHANDARI

A native of Bombay, grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavors of Indian street food. His early experiences inspired a deep passion for India’s rich culinary traditions. Over the years, he has mastered a wide range of regional Indian cuisines. Chef Vaibhav is known for combining authentic recipes with an innovative and modern touch. His exceptional understanding of spices allows him to create balanced and flavorful dishes. At Spice Street, he leads the kitchen, bringing the true taste and spirit of Indian street food to every plate.

Reservations are highly recommended. If you want to make changes in online reservation, please utilize the Resy reservation system to make changes. Please arrive on time. We stop taking diners 30 minutes prior to closing for lunch and 60 minutes for dinner.

Saturday & Sunday 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm | Last seating 2:30 pm
