Meet our Chef Vaibav Bhandari
Chef Vaibhav, a native of Bombay, grew up immersed in the vibrant and diverse flavors of Indian street food. These early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for India’s rich culinary heritage. Over the years, he has mastered a wide range of regional Indian cuisines, blending tradition with creativity. Known for his innovative approach, Chef Vaibhav brings a modern touch to authentic recipes while preserving their essence. His exceptional understanding of spices allows him to craft dishes that are perfectly balanced and full of flavor. At Spice Street, he leads the kitchen with dedication and vision, delivering the true taste and spirit of Indian street food in every dish.
Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended. To modify an existing reservation, please use the Resy. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time.
We stop seating diners 30 minutes before closing for lunch and 60 minutes before closing for dinner. Parking is available in the Metro parking garage located on Dixon Street.
